Does Phlebstick Mobile takes my insurance?For individuals: Unfortunately, there is no insurance coverage for the draw fee. However, we are partnered with Quest diagnostics and Lab Corp that covers the laboratory testing through their billing system. For health care facilities & doctor offices: Phlebstick Mobile now has a partnership with a laboratory that bills ALL insurances for nursing homes, assisted living, doctor offices or any other facility where there is high patient volume that needs phlebotomy services.

Does your healthcare staff uses any Covid-19 precautions?Absolutely! Our staff enforces the use of hand sanitizing and mask wearing to ensure the safety of other staff and patients.

How can I pay for the draw fee?Phlebstick Mobile accepts payments via credit/debit card, HSA , cash app, zelle and PayPal.

What areas does Phlebstick Mobile cover for their services?Phlebstick Mobile covers Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

How can I submit my lab order?For Individuals: The lab order can be submitted by email (info@phlebstickmobile.com) or by fax 959-208-4031. Please make sure that the lab order has your insurance information, doctors information, diagnosis codes, and the names of test being requested. ​ ​ For Doctors/Practices: ​ Forward all paperwork, lab requisition along with patient information and fax: 959-208-4031 or email (info@phlebstickmobile.com) to us. Please be sure to include front and back of the insurance card. All orders should include the patient’s name, date of birth, gender, address, phone number and insurance information as well as the physician’s name, address, phone number, fax and signature. Please make sure to include the name and test code for each test being requested. We contact the patient to schedule an appointment to go to their home or place of business. They are contacted the night before for confirmation and notified on when to expect the technician. The blood samples will be drawn, processed, and delivered to the lab for testing. Test results are then sent directly to the doctor’s office from the lab.

What is your cancelation policy?Our mission is to give quality care to all of our patients in a timely manner. Cancelations doesn't only hinder availability of our phlebotomist, but including our patients. Whether you are scheduling a blood draw or specimen collection, you are occupying a slot that is no longer accessible to other patients. To be considerate of our fellow patients, please call Sincere Delgado at 860-964-6533.Being that our care is highly requested, we ask that you call 48 hours in advance so other clients may be helped. ​ ​ How to Cancel Your Appointment To cancel your appointment, call 860-964-6533 and leave a detailed voicemail, or use the original confirmation email that was sent to you. Refund Policy ​ For ALL patient cancelations, there will be no refunds and we will keep the deposit of $85.00

How long does it take to get my lab results?Routine Bloodwork: For routine or non-STAT blood draws, it may take up to 24 to 48 hours to receive your results after your labs are drawn, and arrives at the laboratory. STAT Bloodwork: For urgent or STAT blood draws, it may take up to 6 to 8 hours to receive your results after your labs are drawn, and arrives at the laboratory.

How much is the total cost of the procedure?(The convenience fee to book the appointment is $85.00 which will be collected during the deposit. Additional fees will vary, you will be notified how much the remaining total of your balance via invoice after booking an appointment.)
